| Andreas started his masters in Oslo August 2009. He met me the after after he moved there. He finished his first semester December 2009 and decided to defer for a year to stay in Norway so we could be together. We got married April 2010. We moved to Australia January 2011. Moses joined our family March 2011. Now, in November 2011, he is finally finished. It's been an intense 2.5 years. |

| We won't be here for graduation. It's not until December and we head back to Switzerland at the end of this month. So we got all dressed up and went to the department's end-of-the-semester cocktail party. Andreas gave a speech. Everyone laughed. Moses stayed up way too late and all the girls loved him. We had a good time. I'm so proud of Andreas. Writing a thesis with a new baby can't be easy. I can barely update my blog. |

Many congrats to Andreas. And that's a great family photo!!
He brings me hope that if I am ever called upon to write a thesis I at least know it is possible. It seems as though most of my friends really struggle to get through a thesis.
Congratulations. I know that that is a great accomplishment. Kudos to you both.
