Spring in Canberra brings all sorts of fun. There was a flower festival down by the lake and the best part was the "Gnome Knoll". Personally I was pretty excited about it. Kids paint the gnomes and they are judged in all sorts of categories. The "Movember" set was my fav. Movember has made an appearance on my blog before if you don't remember. Thankfully Andreas has decided to support the cause with a full beard this year which I like much much better than the creepy mustache.

Three words -- I LOVE IT! Gnomes are my silly weakness. They always make me laugh and the folklore behind them is so interesting!
