ok, phase one (of 8 million) of "hester's apartment beautification project" is complete. My friend melissa and i are quite proud of our chair cover. However, we need to make another one which neither of us are particularly excited about (this one took approx 10 hours, no lie).
The chair looks great. We have two of those chairs at our place. If we weren't leaving this summer, I might be tempted to cover them but not now. I am glad that you are beginning to sew.
Every time I tackle a project like that I think it will be easy, then I don't sew again for 6 month after since I am so burned out by it. Better luck to you! You Kerksieks are born sewers.
