National Pass

Day Three: The sun was shining and the wind that had plagued us the day before had finally died down. So, we packed up our bags, loaded the car and did the National Pass track. The trail first opened in 1908. Apparently all the little towns in the Blue Mountains were competing for tourists and were racing to create the best hikes.
Family shot under Wentworth Falls. Moses looks slightly uncomfortable poor guy. But he didn't complain.
Original 1/2 marker.
The hike is really cool. Basically its cut into the middle of the cliff. for 2.5 hours you walk up and down a million steps and right next to the cliff face (luckily many of the safety rails have been redone since 1908).
Maybe they were shorter at the turn of the century?

Empress Falls
So many (very steep) steps.

Wentworth falls from the top.
Tuckered out.
Chilaxing at the end of the hike.
