seriously?

So after 1 failed visit, 2 rescheduled appointments and a few hours of missed class the washing machine repairman finally diagnosed my poor washer with a broken door (same thing I told them one week and $70 earlier but he freed my load of darks from captivity so I shouldn't be too judgmental). Now they are coming again in 2 weeks to actually bring the part to fix the door. Seriously?
