Me: sir, who is petitioning for you to come to the US?
Applicant: my wife.
Me: why did you marry your (american) wife?
Applicant: Well, i wanted to immigrate to the United States and this was the easiest way
Me: (are you kidding me) sir, that is illegal
interview type two:
Me: sir, who is petitioning for you to come to the YS?
Applicant: my daughter
Me: Sir, your daughter was born in 1970, however, you did not add your name to her birth certificate until 2005.
Applicant: (looks at me blankly)
Me: sir, i'm going to request that you do dna testing with your daughter to confirm the biological relationship that is legally required for immigration.

So, how far is Ochos Rios? there is a pretty good "cheap" hotel there called Rooms on the Beach.
